Customer Care

Your satisfaction is most important to us and if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a fault or error we are more than happy to offer to exchange your item in the form of a store credit to use on our website or if the fabric is available we can remake. Please note the customer is responsible for paying return postage on any returns.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and Creations from the Heart reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements. It is recommended you send in a registered satchel so the item is protected from the weather and is trackable. The same terms apply for custom orders and lay-bys. 

A Store credit will be issued upon return of goods and can be used for any other purchase on our website excluding lay-bys and customs spots.

If you wish to cancel a custom order, we do not offer refunds but we can issue you with a store credit to use at a later date. Please advise us of this before your item is posted we will send a photo of your completed order before posting.

All effort is taken to ensure our items are made without any faults, we handmade each and every items and sometimes mistakes can be made or sometimes items can very slightly! If you happen to come across any flaws in your purchases please feel free to email us and we will be happy to work with you to rectify!

Washing & Care Info 
All of our fabrics are pre washed and dried so there should never be any issues with shrinkage. 
For best results we recommend cold washing your items with like colours and line drying. 
All our items have washing and care instructions on the reverse side of the tag.
